外籍家庭看護工不可進行抽痰和打針等「侵入性」醫療行為，需由專業有執照的醫護人員執行，以保障病人的健康與安全。

根據法規，外籍家庭看護工只能對被照顧者口腔內（懸壅垂之前）或人工氣導管內的分泌物進行清潔、抽吸或移除

Foreign domestic caregivers are prohibited from performing invasive medical procedures such as suctioning or injections. These tasks must be carried out by licensed healthcare professionals to ensure the health and safety of the patient.
