外籍家庭幫傭 申請流程與資格
A.台灣人申請外傭：
外國人受聘僱從事第三條第二款之家庭幫傭工作，雇主申請招募時，應具下列條件之一
一、有三名以上之年齡六歲以下子女。
二、有四名以上之年齡十二歲以下子女，且其中兩名為年齡六歲以下。
三、累積點數滿十六點者。
前向各款人員與雇主不同戶籍、已申請家庭看護工或已列計為申請家庭幫傭者，其人數或點數不予列計
第一項第三款累積點數之計算，以雇主未滿六歲之子女，年滿七十五歲以上之直系血親尊親屬或繼父母之年齡依附表一計算。

B. 外籍人士家庭幫傭申請辦法：
01.外資§金額在新臺幣一億元以上之公司所聘僱總經理級以上之外籍人員；或外資金額在新臺幣二億 元以上之公司所聘僱各部門主管級以上之外籍人員。

Company foreign capital over NT$ 200,000,000 (Two hundred million). Which engage the service for position of a foreign nationality director or higher position.
02.上年度營業額在新臺幣五億元以上之公司所聘僱總經理級以上之外籍人員；或年度營業額在新臺幣十億元以上之公司所聘僱各部門主管級以上之外籍人員。

Company business income in previous year over NT$ 1,000,000,000 (Ten hundred million).Which engage the service for position of a foreign nationality director or higher position.
03.上年度在我國繳納綜合所得稅之薪資§所得新臺幣三百萬元以上；或當年度月薪新臺幣二十五萬元之公司、財團法人、社團法人或國際非政府組織主管級以上之外籍人員。
Yearly income tax over NT$3,000,000 (Three million) or monthly income over NT$ 250,000 (Two hundred fifty thousand), which engage the service for position of a foreign nationality director or higher position.
